1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Symbols cannot appear in the address information.
2) Shipping Time does not include a 1-3 day processing period required to process your order from the date your order is placed. Generally we process your order within 8 hours.
3) We will make every effort to deliver your package ASAP. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.
4) If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed.
5) If the address is wrong, or if you need to change the purchased item, please contact customer service (email@example.com) within 12 hours to inform the replacement content. If the package has already been sent, it cannot be modified.

After our staff receives the shipment email, order information may not be changed to that of the correct one.

As a side note, kindly check with your local customs offices to see if there are any additional requirements or documents you'll need to receive your order package. This may extend the delivery time to a few more days.
Your order package may be delivered via courier or the local post office. Most orders are handled by your local postal service, which is the same one that delivers your regular mail. The standard procedure when the recipient is not at home is that a notice card will be left, which will contain instructions on where the package is sent and what you'll need to collect it.
