Returns
Our return limit 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Request
1. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
3. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
5. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-MASBHC products .

To return your product, please contact us at support@masbhc.com. To complete your return, we require a receipt or your Order Number of purchase(Order # “YourOrderNumber” ).

Refunds will not be granted if the customer ordered the incorrect size/color/quantity etc.
We ship according to your purchased products. If you require a change to your order, please email us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes to your order, and a refund will not be granted.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,If your refund is approved, we will refund you within 12 hours. After the refund is successful, the bank will review it, and the review time limit is 1-15 working days.

7 Day Exchange Policy - Defective Products Only
We only replace items that have not been damaged by humans. If you find a damaged item, please take a picture and contact us (support@masbhc.com) as soon as possible. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Defective products can only be replaced within 7 days of purchase. In order to process your exchange, we will need your order number, a description of the product problem (including photos/video, if available), and any other information about your use of the product, and will offer a refund if the product problem was caused by manufacturer error or defective materials.

Shipping
If you need to return or exchange the product.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Due to the epidemic, we set up our warehouse in China. The shipping address and the return address are the same.

If you would like to return a product to our warehouse, please contact our email address (support@masbhc.com) for the correct return address. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
